2. What data we process

Only the data you provide through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, brand, website or profile (optional), the content of your message and the language of the page you write from.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or request for information.
• To prepare and send you a proposal or quote, if you ask for one.
• To manage our professional relationship if we end up working together.

We do not use your data to send you marketing communications or newsletters, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as you are the one requesting information or a quote, and your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we work together, processing is based on the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

5. How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we keep your data for a maximum of 12 months from our last contact, in case you want to pick up the conversation, and then delete it. If we work together, we keep it for the duration of the professional relationship and then for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

6. Who else can access it

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and receipt of contact form messages.
• Google (Gmail): management of the email account we reply from.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they do so with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola.pablohewes@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country.

8. Required data

The name, email and message fields are required so we can reply to you. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to handle your request.
